Apex Pro Contracting is a full service general contractor with the ability to arrange for home construction from excavation and foundation to the roof and everything in between. We strive to help our clients through the maze of regulations and unexpected challenges that come to light during any project.
The very core of our building philosophy is open honest communication between all parties. Keeping everyone involved allows information to pass quickly and freely between all involved parties. Open communication by all parties is greatly beneficial to keeping projects moving forward, controlling budgets, and ensuring that the client is getting their vision.
We are able to help you navigate the design and engineering process so the client's vision can be put in drawings and the engineer can sign off. Apex Pro will also meet repeatedly at the building site to get a feel for the area. This allows us to understand your thoughts and help us to plan for and explain the construction process and what has to be done to move forward.
Once drawings are completed a budget can be calculated. At Apex we will work with you to build a budget that is realistic and allows our clients to have full input and to be able to budget properly.
We will use our decades of experience with building departments across Ontario to help file all permit requests and follow the process diligently to ensure the shortest approval process. All contractors on site will carry insurance and WSIB.
Apex will arrange for the trades required to complete your project and inspect all work as it is being completed. We will be present on site for all inspections and will regularly inspect the site for safety violations. We value our relationship with the local government representatives and strive to exceed their needs.
Apex Pro Contracting will provide regular progress reports that allow everyone to clearly follow the build. These reports will detail the progress to date, any issues that might affect progress, and a budget update. Budget updates will include where we are and any savings or cost increases, a breakdown of the causes, and a plan for moving forward.
Once the project moves to the finishing phase we will move to very regular contact. It is here that your vision comes to life and we will arrange for whatever you need to be ecstatic about the project. Apex will be there to manage your project from day one to handover.
