This was a complete gut back to the studs. The house was left in a state of complete disrepair and needed structural repairs, all new services, and complete replacement of all interior and exterior surfaces.
Every service was replaced: a completely new electrical system from the pole, all new plumbing from the street, a new HVAC system, and a new natural gas hook-up. This project was completed in 2025.
